To unlock the alternate path in Isaac, you need to have the following items: -The Bible -A key -The map. Once you have these items, go to the room with the alternate path and use the Bible on the door. This will open the door and allow you to take the alternate path.Take the alt path exclusively so you can get double items and get some more time before boss rush (boss rush can be done in mausoleum/gehenna II if you beat it within 25 minutes).
