Farming sim 22 server not showing up

Premium edition not registering. I have played fs 22 on gamepads, but I have decided to purchase fs22 premium edition to get all the expansions. I have paid and it shows that it is now an owned product. Fs22 base game was already installed and I have now installed all the available expansions that came with premium.

Well I have found out, that when I save the game while logged in as an admin ingame does create a backup. Backups are seemingly done as well automatically by the server, but I can't figure out in which interval. It seems random as hell. Anyways.
