The transfer from tape to digital was "ok" at best. However, they wanted to charge us for a backup which we declined. After THREE YEARS all of sudden I was charged $6.40 for a backup. I had not received any such charge until then and when I contacted Legacybox they agreed that I had canceled at the time of receiving their product.
