I am 3 cm and 80% effaced. For anyone who is worried about it being painful, don't be. I was prepared for it to be painful but it really wasn't bad.

Dilation has progressed from last week. I chose to do cervical checks I know it doesn’t necessary indicate when birth is coming but I like to know.
