DDOBUILDER works pretty damn well. I used it to improve a solo reaper build of mine I tossed together on hardcore 1. It got reaper 3 fire caves first life solo. Improved version kicked epic elite's ass once I got my destinies in order. No form of completionist whatsoever, 4th life.
