The PVT works; there is no doubt. You need to enter (almost) all of your CC info *correctly* including the 3 digit security code. Everything must be correct EXCEPT the expiration date. Change the date of the CC exp date unless you don't mind the risk of paying an additional $200. Few hours after the test I tried the “Pearson Vue trick”.
