Dodge dart ac not working

Hello all. I have a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT (base, non-turbo version). Spring of 2022 I was having AC problems and had to replace the blower motor and the resistor. Everything has worked fine. Fast forward to this past Sunday. I have the AC on the lowest setting and it suddenly kicks into full blast and I can't change it.

After they kick on, it only takes 30 seconds to return back to normal operating temp of 200. Since you have the analog gauges for temp, I don't know what your normal position on the gauge should be.I do have 2013 dodge dart 1.4l turbo the ac fan is not working and when the presure gose up the ruptur on the compressore bleed the freon out i know for sure that the fan is not working, i change fan, reprogram the computer, change the clime control but no results any idea please.
