I was in the group of 8/30 FedLoan --> Mohela Transfers. My page said Account info should arrive on or around 9/19 to the Mohela page.It’ll probably be awhile due to the influx of accounts being switched over now. As of Friday I was advised it could take up to 60 days to process ECFs when I was initially told it would take 30. Mine took 24 days between uploading the PSLF app and Mohela providing the tracker and a count of 20.PSLF payment tracker on MOHELA has disappeared. My PSLF payment tracker has disappeared and still hasn't returned. It was available last week. I'm assuming this is some kind of system maintenance glitch, but it's still concerning. Are others experiencing this, too, and does anybody have an explanation? Thank you! My tracker is gone also..
