To answer your question I think, vomiting is a symptom of a stomach virus not a means to getting over it. You don’t vomit to get rid of the virus though a lot of virus does come up in vomitus and is highly contagious (so wash your hands and bleach surfaces and flush the toilet ...I’m waiting on a zofran script to be filled and am trying to find something else that works well (I have chronic nausea).
