The press has a close/open time of about 2 to 3 seconds. This is when the gems are stuck or dropped in the space between the conveyor and the press, because when the press is closed, the gems hit the lid instead going inside. turning off the whole mining setup before you manually switch the press with the handle.Tbh, I was okay with the old one.
