May 4, 2014 · it's been a couple of months since this BSOD started showing up when shutting down Windows. Basically Windows won't shut down as it seems it's waiting for some driver. I used BlueScreenView to find out the offending driver and I deleted/uninstalled: cpuz135_x64.sys, SpeedFan, Intel Rapid Storage (as it seem to cause a lot of these problems). This started occurring more frequently when my laptop overheated in my backpack a couple of weeks ago. Things I've tried already: 1) Reinstall Windows 11 on a brand new SSD. 2) Run dskchk and memory diagnostic tool (no errors from either) 3) Run dism and sfc. 4) Reseat RAM. admwddmg has only restarted once …Mar 6, 2019 · 1.
