Check the unify button in scale master. It'll set the internal size for sculpting and set the export settings too achieve the physical size you want on export. Blender is much more intuitive for the initial form building. You can go in and out of poly modeling, it’s easier to set up refs and get a good base shape. Zbrush is superior with pretty much everything else for now though. Although blenders cloth filter and mesh filter brushes are worth an honourable mention too. Which is a big, big prints.
