I can't comment on using the anki decks specifically since I don't think they were out by the time I took Step 1. Generally speaking, sketchypath by itself is not sufficient for learning all of pathology so I guess the answer would be no, the deck isn't enough. If I'm commiting to create a Goljan deck (zanki-like), I would just add the contents that Pathoma doesn't cover + images. Lots of images.
